i got a DUI charge and a speeding ticket for 75m on the 35m area but i have a clean record. Do i need attorney?

i am ready to accept my inapplicable designation as well as being guilty! i unequivocally dont know what to do as i have never left throught this incident before.
I have already purebred for the First offenders module too.. do i have to offer prison time?

You can probably have the ticket differed if you’ve never had a ticket before. They might give you a wreck less driving ticket for that much speeding.

In the USA, for a DUI charge I would hire a lawyer especially when penalites can be quite severe and expensive. At least with your own attorney, you’ve hired some to represent you and he has your best interest at heart (as long as you pay him… lol).

Always get a attorney or you will piss off the judge because he will not be able to get the pay off money that your attorney will be making off you
