My ex father was justice systematic to compensate half of my profession fees. Now, my ex father filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy as well as enclosed a justice systematic profession fees in his bankruptcy. My profession right away wants zero to do with the box until they have been paid. (Which sucks means we unequivocally favourite her!) Does any one know if he is aloud to do this?
Not for Chapter 7 only for Chapter 13. Good Luck.
He is required to include all debt when filing 7; doesn’t mean the judge will discharge it.
