This is the sort of guy Los Angeles needs to stand up to criminals and corrupt politicians (like there’s a difference?) and say what needs to be said. Everyone else is too scared to tell it like it is. Berger’s got the guts to make LA safe, and keep crooked politicians in check because he doesn’t run away from problems, be jumps right in and takes care of business. As for the ACLU – since when were they ever part of the solution? They’re always part of the problem!
